1How can I make a flight booking?
In our flight search engine you will have to enter the details of your trip (destination, date, number of passengers and class of travel). All combinations of flights are displayed beginning with the most economical fare. Few simple steps will follow requesting personal information.
2How will I receive my tickets?
Flight tickets are only in electronic format (e-ticket) and no longer in printed form. The electronic ticket (e-ticket) is a digital file registered in a database of electronic tickets and this way it cannot be lost, forgotten or stolen. Within 24-48 hours the e-ticket will be sent to your email address.
3What is an E-ticket?
Most airlines now issue tickets in an electronic form. An e-ticket is an electronic ticket that you are able to print out at your own convenience. You will need to have a printed copy of your e-ticket when you arrive at the airport. Please note that some airlines do not use e-tickets. In such cases, we will mail you a paper ticket.
4How can I be sure that my booking was successful?
Your booking is successful once a page is displayed with the below message: “Thank you for booking with Express Flights” At that stage you will also receive an automatic confirmation e-mail, consisting of your reservation number and all your booking details.
5I made a flight booking but I didn’t receive the confirmation email. What should I do?
If you have not received your confirmation email, it might be due to misspelling of the registered email address during the booking process or arrives in your junk or spam folder of your email provider. Attention if you do not find your confirmation in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, kindly contact our customer service.
6How can i understand the class of travel in an airline? Which one to book?
There are four board classes in an airline. Economy Class - This class offers the best value for money and often includes benefits such as complimentary meals and beverages. Premium Economy Class - This class bridges the gap between Economy Class and Business Class comforts, with premium seating and various other benefits. Business Class - Space and convenience are the key features of Business Class cabins, enabling passengers to continue working while being on board. First Class - This class travel offers more space, premium menus and large seats that generally convert to flat beds for optimal comfort.

• Passport Number • Issuing Country • Date of Birth {DD/MM/YY} • Gender • Expiry date of Passport {DD/MM/YY} • Last Name / Surname • First Name • Middle Name (if any)


1How can I pay for a flight booking?
Bookings can be completed online having as payment only debit or credit card. Acceptable cards are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and PayPal. Please note that additional fees for credit card payments may arise. They will be shown before the completion of the booking in the price calculation.
2Can I book a flight ticket or hotel for another person using my own credit card?
Yes, you can make a booking for someone else by using your credit card. However, the credit card holder must provide his/her contact details (email and telephone number). It may happen that our customer service representative contacts the credit card holder for some additional information.
3In which currency am I charged?
Express Flights is based in Australia. Therefore all credit and debit card transactions are charged in Australian Dollar.


1How do I change my booking?
You can make changes to your booking by calling us or you can use Manage Booking icon at the bottom of our website between weekdays 9am to 5pm (AEST). If you are unable to reach us and the change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly.
2How do I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
You can request a cancellation of your booking by calling us or use Manage Booking icon at the bottom of our website between our operating hours of 9am to 6pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday. If you are unable to reach us and the cancellation is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly. Please note that not all tickets subject to cancellation are refundable.
3How do I change the name on my ticket?
You can make name changes to your booking by calling us Contact Us between our operating hours of Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm (AEST). If you are unable to reach us and the name change is urgent, we advise you to contact the airline directly. Tickets are non-transferable, in the event that you have miss-spelt your name.
4What happens if an airline changes or cancels a flight schedule?
Airlines are allowed to modify the schedules, hours, number of flight and even cancel flights. Our company will make every possible effort to inform you about any changes or cancellation within working hours and will try to reach you by email or phone. It should be noted that for any change in flight, the responsibility burdens exclusively the airline operating and Express Flights bears none responsibility. Furthermore you can check status of your flight at Check Flight Status in travel tools on our website before leaving home or you can directly call to airline.


1What is a reservation number/PNR/record locator?
Your reservation number is a 6 digit alphanumeric code, which contains letters and numbers, which is on the very top of your e-ticket, you need to enter these 6 digits at the time of Manage/View/Print or Check-in e-ticket.
2What is the standard check-in time for international flights?
You need to report/Check in at the airline counter at least two hours prior to the schedule departure time.
3How are the age categories defined usually by the Airlines?
Adults are usually considered to be passengers who are over (12) years old. Children are usually considered to be passengers between (2) and (12) years old. Infants are usually considered to be passengers who are younger than (2) years old.
4What are the limits of luggage/baggage on international flights?
Hand baggage - is usually permitted to carry one piece inside the airplane up to 15 kg. Check-in Baggage - usually one piece of baggage in economy class of travel, not heavier than 30 kg is allowed per passenger. In any case, the passenger should be aware that allowable kilogram limits of baggage/hand-luggage and their dimensions vary by company and depend on the policy each company follows. For this reason, it would be useful that the passenger contacts the airline for getting precisely informed about the weight and dimensions each time or see the option of Baggage Information in travel tools at our website. Furthermore, there is extra charge for any additional baggage/weight, the price of which varies depending on the policy each airline follows.

1How do I make special requests?
Special requests can be made during the booking process, such as special meals, wheelchair, Infant Bassinet and seat requests (aisle or window only). Please note that these are requests only and not all requests may be fulfilled by the airline. In order to add a specific request, please use icon at the bottom of our website.
2I would like to take my pet with me. What should I do?
Regulations and procedures for transporting pets in the cabin, luggage storage areas of the aircraft vary depending on the airline and destination. For more information, we recommend you contact the airline operating your flight or us, before proceeding with a booking. If you have already made a booking please contact us.
3How can I join a Frequent Flyer Program?
It is usually required to register in this program according to the terms set by each airline. For the Frequent Flyer Program of an airline as well as for all information concerning the frequent flyer program you are interested in, it should be useful to make direct contact with the specific company.
4How do I enter my Frequent Flyer Information?
During the booking stage you will be asked to enter your frequent flyer details, including your frequent flyer program and number.
